We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the warranty information below to understand how we support our products.

For Mechanical Parts

We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase for mechanical parts that are found to be defective due to manufacturing issues.

If a defect is confirmed, Pumpter will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

For Auto and Heavy Equipment Parts

Most auto and heavy equipment parts are covered by a limited warranty of up to 2 years, 30,000 miles, or 2,000 running hours, whichever occurs first.

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and does not include electronics unless specifically stated.

Important Information

• Warranty or return requests must be supported with clear photos or other relevant details
• Once a claim is reviewed and approved, Pumpter will determine the most appropriate resolution
• If a replacement is not available, a refund for the product price may be issued

Shipping and logistics costs are not included unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.

Buyer Responsibility

To ensure a smooth experience, buyers are responsible for:

• Confirming part compatibility before purchase
• Verifying specifications, part numbers, and application
• Ensuring proper installation by a qualified technician

If a product is ordered incorrectly or is not compatible, return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only after prior approval
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed defective

International Orders

For international shipments:

• Warranty coverage applies to the product only
• Customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, and international shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
• Risk transfers to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility
