- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted for defective items within 30 days from the date of invoice
- All return requests require prior approval before items are sent back
- Items returned without approval may not be accepted
2. Defective Items
If you believe an item is defective:
- Contact us within 30 days of purchase
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Include invoice or order reference details
If the defect is confirmed, Pumpter will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
Shipping costs related to confirmed manufacturing defects may be covered by Pumpter.
- Non-Defective Returns
Non-defective returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval.
Examples include:
- Incorrect part ordered
- Wrong quantity ordered
- Change of mind
- Compatibility mismatch
For approved non-defective returns:
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs
- Original and return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
4. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be:
- In the same condition as originally shipped
- Unused and uninstalled
- Returned with original packaging and accessories
Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of installation or misuse may not be eligible for return or refund.
- Inspection and Retesting
All returned items are inspected and tested upon receipt to verify:
- The item is the original product supplied by Pumpter
- The condition matches the stated return reason
If an item is found to be fully functional or not the original product shipped, applicable shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping and Risk
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective
- Pumpter is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns
7. Compatibility Responsibility
Buyers are responsible for confirming part numbers, specifications, and compatibility before purchase.

- International Orders
For international returns:
- All customs duties, taxes, and clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed defective
